Co-Chairs Bill Carroll (EEC) and Frank Bangs (Lewis & Roca) The Public Policy Committee’s mission is to monitor governmental jurisdictions for emerging policies, rules and ordinances that impact MPA members. When important legislation or regulations are proposed, planned or debated, MPA mobilizes concerned business people across Pima County through this Committee to respond effectively to such action. Brown Bag lunch and breakfast topics are also proposed by this committee. Similar to the Programming Committee, this group develops strong networks and relationships between members, governmental staff and elected officials in metropolitan Pima County.
